We have a permanent ‘mobile house’ of Conservator on our site for all kinds of cleaning jobs, from gutters and pipes to our large basins with volumes of thousands of cubic metres. They are also closely involved with revisions of our installation. Everything gets done in close consultation. They do not simply wait for us to come with a plan, but really contribute ideas to see how we might best approach a job.
They are also always looking for ways to improve their service. They regularly ask me the following question: ‘is there anything else that we can do for you?’ And once we have agreed something, it simply gets done. A deal is really a deal.
Conservator performs large planned cleaning projects for us, such as line stops, but I also always call them when there are problems during our daily activities, such as obstructions in installation parts. What I find particularly pleasant, is that I do not have to call their planning department, but can simply call my personal contact.
They also actively help us to find ways to save costs or time. For instance, with their assistance we developed a process to filter wet waste step by step, as a result of which we only have to dispose the thickened sludge. For us, this is significantly cheaper than when we would have to process it as contaminated fluid.
Conservator performs wide-ranging services for us. They clean tanks, pipes and other installation components and also take care of the discharge of ash from our incineration ovens. In addition, we use their Online Cleaning Technologies service for cleaning our incineration installation while it is operational.
My experience with Conservator is simply very positive. Here, I am thinking of the quality of their work and there excellent accessibility, but particularly the extent to which they are willing to contribute ideas. We are a relatively young company and Conservator has provided us with valuable advice for developing and implementing our safety policy. About the installation of a CCTV camera system, for instance, and the implementation of obligatory drugs and alcohol checks.
