Policy Statement

The Conservator Group's policy is aimed at: 

• Creating and constantly improving a good and safe working environment which prevents damage to health.
  Our employees and other persons must be able to perform optimally without thereby running unacceptable risks.
  Our employees are the most important link in our customer-oriented service provision and are the engines of the Conservator Group's success. Welfare and good working conditions are in the interests of our employees and our customers. 
• Constantly reducing the environmental impact of our activities on our surroundings. Preventing environmental damage is important for customers, employees and others. The Conservator Group can only do this by always adopting a conscious approach to the available resources, materials and energy sources and opting for sustainable applications and/or products wherever possible. The Conservator Group also supports its customers in developing environmentally-friendly solutions.
• Striving for continuity, a healthy return, and the constant improvement and broadening of our service provision. We thus create a long-term relationship and added value for our customers.
• Complying with Dutch and European laws and regulations as a minimum baseline.

Social responsibility
Our awareness of our social responsibility means that we are conscious that as a company we, our employees and our customer base are all part of society and thus also have a responsibility to that society. This responsibility means that we therefore support a host of institutions and projects which contribute to our shared sustainable future.

Risk management
The Conservator Group's business processes involve human actions to a large extent. Human actions bring with them risks with regard to customer satisfaction, working conditions, safety, health and the environment. The Conservator Group's approach is therefore aimed particularly at proactively preventing or limiting these risks both internally and externally.

Management system
The Conservator Group has an integrated management system which has been certified in accordance with (NEN-EN) ISO 9001:2008, (NEN-EN) ISO 14001:2004, SCC**2008/05 and VCU 2007/04. This certification varies depending on the business activity.
